Great news North Ritz Girls

I met with the banquet manager tonight and they have re-styled their cakes!

I showed him some pictures that I printed out from past NRC brides and he agreed that the cakes were somewhat squat, but added that they had re-styled them. Then he took out photo albums to show me! The cakes in the albums looked great!!

I gave him a picture I liked and he said they would do anything, but fondant would be extra....

I am very happy!

He showed me an album also....I only saw three cakes...is that what you saw...

I saw a tiered, a round stacked and a square stacked...

I just got married there this weekend and I LOVED my cake. They did a GREAT job. I had a half tiered/half stacked cake.

We are all anxiously awaiting your review. I also went this Saturday to discuss things and mentioned the issue with the cakes, and saw three from their photo albums, which werent that great, but the style that the brides chose I think had a lot to do with it.
