Re: need some advice on reception

Ok, so I know I'm partial to Fox Hollow but I went to a wedding at FH & a bar mitzvah at JT.

The food at both was very good & the service was good also. I just prefered the style & decor of Fox Hollow.

FM if you have any FH questions & god luck!

Re: need some advice on reception

I have been to both and I definetly liked Fox Hollow better. It was a beautiful place with great food. I did't really like the room we were in at Jericho Terrace because there were no windows, and their food was eh...

Hope this helps :)

I visited both for our wedding and I'd definitely go Fox Hollow.

Re: need some advice on reception

My vote goes to Fox Hollow. I really didn't like the decor or set-up of JT. Too many levels and the only room I think was nice was the dome room but I think you need a minimum of 200. Good Luck.

Re: need some advice on reception

Another one for Fox Hollow. Everything at the Fox Hollow was great. At Jericho Terrace, our service was the worst we've had at any wedding so far. They didn't serve my table 2 courses and we never got any coffee. The multiple levels thing can be hard if you have a lot of older folks too.

Re: need some advice on reception

There is a thread in BHB with reviews for different reception halls and it has reviews for Fox Hollow and Jericho Terrace. I put my review there for both places as well since I had been to weddings there. I will bump it for you.

Re: need some advice on reception

never been to fox hollow.
loved everything about jericho terrace EXCEPT the amount of weddings going on at once. We were constantly bumping into other weddings and getting lost trying to find our way back.

Re: need some advice on reception

Fox Hollow all the way, I know I am getting married there, (so I'm partial) but the service and food are great! Go to dinner there, and try it. Good luck!

Re: need some advice on reception

I've been to both...I think Jericho Terrace is really beautiful, but the food is so-so. I went to Fox Hollow for a Sweet 16 and I really liked it. I thought it was beautiful....I agree that the service for both was terrific!
