Baby plans - Just wanted to share

I am sure all of you talk with your FHs about the baby topic now and then. Well we just came to a conclusion... well actually I brought up my ideal situation and he thought it was perfect!

We are getting married in a year and then for our 1 yr anniversary we always have wanted to see all the sights in CA and we will try to conceive there.

Edited to ask if anyone else has plans?

That is the cutest thing ever!!! Sounds great!!!

I think we will wait a few years after we are married - definitely not until we move to Florida. I refuse to raise a child here!!!

By the way I opened this thread really fast cause by the name of the thread I thought you were pregnant!!!!!!!

Just don't force him after seeing the redwood forest... he might feel inadequate.... j/k, j/k - sorry for my warped sense of humor; but I could not resist.

Yeah, that isn't fair! I, too, thought youhad news to share when I saw this topic! Get pregnant now and redeem yourself! Nah, your dress won't fit...

We have talked about it. Ideally, I would like to be married two years before we conceive, but I don't think we'll wait that long. FI has 'baby on the brain' lately.

Congrats! FH & I have spoken about it too...Considering we are waiting 2 years to get married so we can buy our house, we are planning to have a baby a year after we are married....

We talk about it fairly frequently. FH always said he wanted to wait 2 years. I would like to try after 1 year. We really want to go to Europe next summer, so I'm hoping we'll try then, or very soon after.

Congrats on your plan!!

We definitely want to wait at least a year after we are married...it used to be 2 years but I am starting to get baby fever so it was moved up!! But no sooner than 1 year after we are married! Good Luck!
