Anyone else doing the South Beach Diet?
I just started Monday. I have to admit I am having a hard time, I am very hungry and craving all the bad stuff!! How am I gonna do this for 2 weeks!!!

I started today. My BIL lost 20 pounds on it and he didn't exercise. I am hoping with the fact that I exercise I can lose the 25 I need to lose. I really need to, I absolutely hate myself right now, I am at my heaviest of my life!!

SouthBeach gets easier as time wears on. I am down 17 lbs. I am finding this much easier than WW.
The people at Boston Market know me very well.
The carb cravings do subside somewhat and you'll find some creative ways to satisfy yourself. I've done a pretty good job at keeping my 17 off (lost the weight over Feb and March). Now I'm getting back on track in the hopes of another 20.
Wish me luck! (And some self control!)

FH's coworker and her husband are on South Beach and I think they lost 8 and 12 lbs, respectively, during the first 2 weeks. She's down 23 lbs now and I think she's been on it since March or April.
