O'Neills in Maspeth, Queens is nice and affordable. I have also been to one at Carosello on Cross Bay Blvd in Howard Beach.
What type of place are you looking for?

I just went to a baby shower yesterday in Manhattan- O'Flannigans on the upper East Side. They were so accomidating and it was beautiful!

I could name a bunch in Bayside Queens.. on Bell Blvd., Bourbon Street, Maggie May's...
The same owners of Bourbon Street have Austin's Ale House in Kew Gardens. They just had a nice private room built, and I know their menu is really inexpensive. (Starting at $19p/p)

Are you looking in a specific area?

scopa on 28th and i htink madison is great too - they have an upstairs room..we have some office parties there soemtimes....its a nice and since i work for a non-profit, affordable!

the food is great too!
