wedding gown discount

I looked at bridal reflections for a dress and found one that I liked but didn't buy it yet. I recently got a letter from them saying they want to offer a special courtesy discount and I must call with in ten days of the letter to get the discount. Does anyone know about this offer and what the discount is?

that is great to hear!!!

Hi Jess:
Doesn't hurt to check it out! Simply ask them over the phone! Whatever you do, avoid Commack Wedding Center. I had a problem with them, and several complaints were filed with Better Business by other brides.
Is anyone else doing that? I know that we are paying for the wedding ourselves so I don't know how it works. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Debby-
What did you end up doing about your dress. I don't remember hearing/reading the story. I hope it all worked out for you in the end.

As you may know, the Commack Wedding Center sold me a dress that was too short. The owner was down-right rude and nasty over the phone,(which was on my speaker phone) and he took no responsibility. I took it to 3 seamstresses who said it was obviously short. One said she can take down the hem only a very small amount because once they measure and cut the length, there isnt much you can do. I had to buy flats for my wedding. My fiance is very tall, and I really wanted to have a tall-look next to him that day...and yes, I cried a lot over that dress..but I found out later that other brides had problems with Commack Wedding Center too.

But, I learned a valuable lesson. Always check vendors with the Better Business Bureau before signing with them! Nobody should ever have to go through what I went through!

Can you explain how to set up the screen saver?
