there were so many posts and ideas about this that i figured to stop talking about it and just set it up

i knew you had started this, but hadn't heard from you whether or not 8/13 was good.

of course, it's an open invite to everyone -- i'll add you in -- i put out updates at the end of each day. Will your significant other be joining as well?

I was just kidding. Thanks for picking this up. Not sure if FH will be coming... I'll just say one for now, unless I'm going to be the only one there single? Also, what's Woodhaven House?

What??? The old kate cassidy's? When did it close?? FH and his friends used to go there every wed night for beers!

it was closed for 'renovations' for a while...then one day it opened back up and the name was changed.

weird! What kind of restaurant is it now? I really liked Kate Cassidy's, I think that's sad.

Sorry to butt in - Woodhaven house is beautiful now. The menu is pretty good - a little nicer then Kates used to be. The ribs and the steaks are good. They also have DH's favorite appetizer - scallops wrapped with bacon.

i heard it was a little expensive...(but i'm sure that's a very subjective kind of thing...)

bridies is still there down the road...very similar to kates...
