What is everyone doing for favors for the kids coming to the wedding.

We have 9 nieces and nephews coming and I thought about getting either chinese food style boxes or little gift bags and personalizing each one and then putting candy in them. What do you think?

I got them coloring books and crayons, and disposable cameras and i put them in gift bags.

That sounds perfect. The crayons and the disposable cameras, etc, cause it gives them stuff to do while they're at the wedding

i'm having a kids table and i bought puzzles, crayons and coloring books and the like to keep them entertained, cards like old maid and go fish.

Since my wedding is in the fall, I am doing carmel candied apples covered with sprinkles and bags of yummies.

I think that candies and yummies are good becuase kids love that stuff and hopefully it will reflect on the good time they had and give them good memories

We did this and I think they went untouched - the kids at our wedding pretty much danced all night

I'm getting little clear plastic boxes & filling them with those m&m's that come in every color imaginable, I'm just going to buy a fews pounds of them in our wedding color & wrapping the box with a pretty ribbon.
I honestly think that the kids would appreciate candy more than anything else.

OMG!!! I am doing the same thing with the chinese boxes!! I don't want to get any activities for them though. I really want them to dance! They are not very little so they will dance I am sure!

Whenever I've gone to a wedding in the past all the kids are usually up and dancing & having a great time. I'm doing the candy favors for them to give out when they leave so they can have smething to take away with them

I purchased white bags with a funky design on them and filled each one with an assortment of games, puzzles, and toys...I made sure each bag is different (that was hard) and the bags are labeled in big bright colors of their names....as for their menu I'm undecided I may go with the chicken nuggets and finger food...I have ages 4-12 ten of them so far

I'm having a beach theme, so I bought pails for the kids 6 kids who will be at my wedding. I started buying little things to put in them. So far I have crayons, coloring books, matchbox cars, necklaces, pinwheels, Barbie notepads...

I'm having fun filling these pails and the dollar store is a great place to start.
