How many suits does a person realistically need in their closet?

I am trying to build up my ever expanding closet and I am hopefult o go back into the corporate scene. How many suits do you have? I went to Macy's and bought 11 suits total already..too much? too little...suggestions? Take them back..invest in separates?

Don't ell my FH (he thinks I shop too much as it is)...but I have at least 20 siuts in my closet. YIKES! Let's not even talk about how many pairs of shoes

I can't have enough...I'm required to wear them.

But, I've been wearing separates a lot...and kind of hanging up my blazer and leaving it there...

My boss has been lenient on me because I have to travel around NYC most of the time to meet with my clients and it's HOT OUT!

but, come winter, I'm going to buy 3 or 4 more...

OHHHH go to macy's I bought a few suits for like 119.00 to 150.00 on sale. I am petite so I went for Anne Klein petites and Alfani is good..also try Ann taylor loft & regular Ann taylor....they are all having sales.
