Hey September brides?

I have a question. Did you ladies mail out your invitations yet? My cousins' wedding date is 09/24/04. She hasn't mailed them out yet. But she is slow in all aspects.

I am getting married Sept 18th and my invitations went out about three weeks ago. I have already gotten about 30 RSVPs. But you can't go by me, I am ahead on everything.

I have the same wedding date! They are going out Tomorrow

with the exception of 10 (that I have problems with the addresses.) Those will go out ASAP. The RSVP is August 14th so that gives people about a month to reply.

I sent my out really early cause I have alot of out of town guest they went out the beginning of June and the RSVP date is Aug.6th

I'm getting married a week before your cousin, and I still haven't sent out my invites. It depends on the RSVP date, though. My RSVP isn't until 8/28, so I can be a little more flexible with when I send it out - hopefully send them out next week.

When is your cousin's RSVP?

I have no clue. But don't reception halls need head count from like a week to a month ahead?

It doesn't surprise me at all that she hasn't mailed them out yet. She booked the place like in Feb. or March.

She is the type that leaves everything, I mean everything to the last minute.

In the end, it'll bite her in a$$... if u want to help her, find out her RSVP... most places do ask for the headcount from a week to a month prior. So if her headcount is due on 8/28, then I think it's ok for her to send them out 7/26. Good luck to her!

I am getting really scared reading that everyone has pretty much sent out their invites already and most of your dates are after mine.

But I will be sending them out this week definately. I already checked with the hall and they said they need a headcount one week ahead, so I think I'm ok. And most if not all are local people, which they also all got Save the date cards. And my rsvp date is the 8/20. I really needed to list all of this so I feel better.

I don't think that u should worry. 5-6weeks is plenty of time to get responses. Besides, they already know the date, too... they got STD cards!

Mine will be going out tomorrow. I am a little nervous that it is a wee bit late but there was nothing I could do about it. The first batch of invites needed to be sent back due to an error!!
