Final tonight...questions to ask?

I'm trying to write down all my questions so that I will be prepared going in to my final menu choosing tonight. We did this 5 months ago (right before we had to postpone), so this is just to confirm our choices and for me to ask any forgotten questions. Any advice?

These are the questions I am looking to ask my hall right now....it is early though.

-Candles allowed? How many?
-If my guests arrive early, will they let them in? Serve anything?
-Bridal Attendant's name?
-How will we know it is time to leave at the end of the party?
-Place Cards? Menu's? Table Numbers?
Direction Cards?

Also any reminders like:
-Please put menu's on table settings?
-Please light candles right before introductions?
-Favors? Where to place?
