Day 2 of South Beach--FH keeps asking why I'm not getting headaches like he is

Location:	Day 2 of South Beach--FH keeps asking why I'm not getting headaches like he is I think it's because I was used to eating fairly low carb on LA Weightloss. During the first 3 days of LA, I had non-stop headaches and a bad attitude I just hope this doesn't mean that South Beach won't be as effective for me.
