We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help grow our company and build our brand name globally through marketing, partnership building and relations with the Investment Community. This audience includes end users of our products, other software companies, the press and media, business publications, professional trade organizations, rating agencies, consultants and government /regulatory entities across the globe. Responsibilities will include managing advertising and marketing literature, brochures and programs; Creating presentations using Power Point, assist in the coordination, set up, shipping and break down of trade shows. The individual will also be responsible for many of the day to day administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements:

- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Two to five years administrative support experience in a marketing or sales environment
- Able to multi-task and work effectively under deadlines.
- Self motivated, creative, articulate and ambitious.
- Ability to achieve with “attention to detail”.
- Desire to be part of a fast paced, dynamic business environment.
- Team Player & good work ethic.
- Proficient with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- At least a 4 year degree, preferably in Marketing, Marketing Administration or General Business Administration.
