Ideas for extra special MOH gift

Location: Carlyle on the Green	Ideas for extra special MOH gift seriously, don't know what i could possibly give to my sister that would come anywhere near expressing my appreciation and love for all she has done. I already booked a spa water journey and massage for her (with me) the day before the wedding but I need something else more personal. Any thoughts? What did everyone else do?
