My June 27th Wedding Review-UPDATED w/pics of my PROOFS from CREATIVE COMPOSITIONS

I had such a gorgeous day, the weather was perfect and everything went smoothly. Little tiny things did go wrong, but I was the only one who noticed and that day I did not let anything bother me. Everything pretty much went 100% as I planned.

North Ritz Club A+
Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff at the NRC was so accomodating at all my requests (they even took the tulle off the railing on the stairs b/c I did not like it). I didn't really eat too much that day but people raved to me about the food. Also, they packed up food for us at the end of the night b/c we were starving LOL!! I had Monica for my bridal attendant and she was by my side at all times-I never had to look for her and George was our banquet manager and he was at our side at all times too making sure everything was perfect.

Plaza Hotel, NYC-Wedding Night A+
We stayed at the Plaza Hotel for our wedding night and we got upgraded to a gorgeous suite overlooking 5th Ave with it's own living room, fireplace, bedroom, etc.. Also had breakfast there the next morning.

Creative Compositions A+
I absolutely LOVE these people. I haven't seen my proofs yet but I have no doubt in my mind that they came out spectacular. I had Ernie for my main photographer and Ruth for my photojournalist photographer. They are the best!! They were incredibly fun to be with that day and we just had a blast with them. We went to Old Westbury Gardens after our ceremony for pics and I can't wait to see some of the shots they took. They are just the best and I love them!! I will post pics of my proofs as soon as I get them.

Wild Rose Video A+
I had Bill and his son for my two camera coverage and then Bill stayed for the reception. THey also came to my house the morning of and took video. I can't wait to see it!! Bill is such a sweetheart and he was also fun to be with. I will post more when I see my video.

Vera Wang-my bridal gown A+
I went all over LI and NYC looking for a dress and I finally found the one at Vera Wang. It was such a wonderful experience there. I loved my dress and I wish I could wear it again.

Royalty Limos A+/F
Our limo drivers were great but my husband's limo drimer was not. He had a woman driver and it took her 2 hours to get from the Bronx to Merrick. My husband said she was obnoxious and she did not listen to him when he told her not to take the Cross Island Parkway which had a lot of traffic that day. I don't know too much of the other details but my driver and the one for my family was great!! Overall I was very happy.

Arcadia Flowers-Mamaroneck, Westchester A+
I LOVED my flowers!!!!!!!! I got many compliments on my centerpieces and Sammy did an awseome job! My centerpieces were all roses (black magic roses mixed with different shades of pink roses) and there were 200 roses in each centerpiece.

Victor Talbots-Tuxedos A+
DH bought his tuxedo from here and we also got the rentals for the dads and the best man. These people are true professionals. In addition to renting tuxes they also sell tuxedos and top quality suits. I will never buy my DH another suit from any other store except from here. They have an unbelievable selection of suits, shirts, and accessories for men and their salespeople are very knowledgable about what they are selling. I highly recommend them!

Powestations-Band A+
They were great!! They are a greek band and they were awseome!!! Anyone looking for a greek band should def. check them out.

Yes I booked with them directly and did it online.

Denise Venti-Hair A+
Densie is such a sweetheart! I went for three trials with her (including one the week of the wedding) and she was very accomodating with me when I wasn't too sure about what I wanted to do-I changed my mind a million times. In the end, I LOVED what she ended up doing with my hair and I got many compliments. She did something very simple and we left my hair half up and half down after trying a few updo's. The end result was perfect and totally me. She was great and I would highly recommend her!

Jillian from Gorgeous Faces-Makeup A+
Jilllian is another sweetheart and made me feel so beautiful the way she did my makeup. I loved it and got tons of compliments on my makeup too.

Bravo Sound Int. DJ-A
These are the same guys that I had for my e-party and I also booked them with for the wedding in addition to booking a band. Overall they were really good and if anyone is looking for a DJ I would recommend them as well.

Ron Ben Israel-Wedding Cake A+
I loved my cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was perfect and exactly what I wanted, but very $$$$$$$$$. The flowers and bows on the cake looked so real (they were sugar flowers made by hand) and the bows matched the bows on the back of my dress. It was sooo much fun working with Ron on designing my cake and I can't wait to use him again! He is expensive but totally worth it (IMO) and the cake tasted amazing!! I had a chocolate cake with raspberry and mocha filing. YUMMY!!

FairyTale Affairs-Wedding Invites A+
I had such a hard time finding a place on LI to order my wedding invites from esp. since no one really carries the C'est Papier line (and now I know why). Tracey and Michelle were a pleasure to work with and Tracey was able to get me the invites that I wanted. The came out beautiful and I also got many compliments on them. Tracey and Michelle were also accomodating when I couldn't make up my mind about which font to choose and a couple of other little things. If anyone is still looking for invites, go and check this place out (they are in Massapequa Park on Merrick Rd). They carry tons of books from different companies and the girls are great to work with!

These are not my proofs just some pics I have from friends and family. I'm still waiting for my proofs!!
