I feel fat...

I finally joined Ladies Workout Express about two weeks ago and I thought it would motivate me. But I still feel fat. When I go I do the 30 minute workout and then the weighted hula hoop. When I have the time I also go on the treadmill and do a mile. I don't feel any different and I feel like I am working my upper half of my body more and that's not where I need it. IT is my mid section. I think when I go tomorrow I am going to ask them how to maximize my work out and work my lower half. I have less then 4 weeks!!!

I joined the same week as you if I remember right--I lost 4 lbs. in that 2 1/2 weeks, and lost 1% body fat, 2 inches off waist, 2 off each thigh, and 1 off each arm. Maybe you just can't see the difference? Ask them to do your measurements again~

I am going to have them measure me on Friday. Today I asked what I should be doing to concentrate on my mid-section. I also signed up for two classes this week, kickboxing and lower body workout. I hope it helps. I also have to start eating better.
