How many of you are having the makeup/hair people come to your house?

and do you get the makeup done first or the hair??

I am having Make-up come to my house and Hair I am going to go to the salon.

Going to the salon first for hair, then the make-up person is coming to the house. I'm pretty sure you should get your hair done first.

I'm having them both come to the house and I believe hair is going to be first!!

I am having my hair done first. I am going to the woman's house and then I will go home to meet my makeup artist there.

I am having my make-up/hair person come to my hotel room. I hired her assistant to do all of the bridesmaids. It's expensive, but to me - worth every penny to not have to travel that day.

This is fairly common, no? I am planning on doing it! I mentioned to my FMIL recently that I was certain I wanted hair and makeup to come to me, and she made me feel like a high-falootin snob for even thinking it! Why would I want to travel around in summer heat with my hair and makeup newly done?! Sigh...repeat: I will do what I want... I will do what I want...I will do what I want....

Because I got married on a holiday, I had both the makeup and hair stylist come to my house to do me, all my bridesmaids and the 2 moms.

I think I had my make-up done first, then my hair.

Here is JN doing some minor touch-ups right before I got dressed.

although at my cousin's they wnet back & forth btwwn her hair & my makeup, etc.

yes, it's normal. But in our parents time most people did it all them selves, or at least their own makeup.

I am only havignhair done at the slaon, b/c it is a few block away & my mom's regular person.

They both came to my house. My hair was done first, then makeup. You get hairspray and stuff on your face, so you want it done first so the makeup artist can clean it off for you.

I'm having both come to my mom's house where I'm getting dressed. I believe hair will be 1st then make-up.

Its a morning wedding so it had to be at the house.
Makeup artist told me hair first then makeup.

the hairdresser is coming to my house and then i will wash my face and have my makeup done. i have this thing about feeling all gross and oily after having my hair done, so i do my hair first.

I am having both come to my house because I didn't want to have to go anywhere
