Help!! I'm trying to post pics...not working

I can't seem to post pics from my E-party. I took them with my digital camera and uploaded them. Some were too big. I sent them through the reizer and they were really small. Any tips? Also, what format do they need to be in??

I'm having problems like you.

These are pictures that that my photographer took with his digital camera, he gave me CD's which I downloaded onto my computer and I used the resizer and resized them on a program I have and they are coming out all smudgy.

I don't understand how come my pics cant come out as clear as everyone elses.

Someone help us please
