I feel fat...Updated
OK with three weeks to go I got remeasured at LAdies Work out Express. And althought i have not lost any weight...
I did lose inches.Arm - 1 inch
Waist - 1inch
Abs -2.5
hips -2.5
thighs 0 (but I'm not giving up)
I'm going to continue and hope to lose a few more inches by the wedding.

Congrats Danielle! I saw the same effect with the inches--I dieted a bit, and lost some pounds, but I can tell the difference in my clothes with the lost inches.
Good work!

That's amazing, it just goes to show you can't go by weight alone.

That's great! And remember, the first place you gain weight is the last place you'll lose it (or have the most trouble losing it). So if you gain weight easily in your thighs, it'll be the hardest place to take it off. But don't give up! Cardio cardio cardio! (and weights!!!)Welcome New Vendors
