My 7/17 review...WCC ETA a few pictures and further review of flowers

Okay I am going to start my review. There are a few pics below I will post more when I can get them to work.

Burton's Bridal- A+++++++++++
They were awesome with all the girls and my wedding gown. No real problems and when there were little snags they found a way to fix it. The only real problem was they made my dress too small after the first fitting ..AHH but they were able to take it out to fit me right then and there.Their prices were awesome too! Definitely highly recommend!

Jack and Rose Florist- Service/Organization B- Flowers-centerpieces A, BM/my flowers B
The delivery person was at my house on time and everything was there. I found out afterwards that my MILs coursage never made it. My bouquet and the reception flowers were amazing! Loved them. Everyone raved about the reception flowers. They did a nice job with cake decorations, the card table and all the little extras. I thought the bathroom piece could have been better (we added that on)
Coming up to the wedding, Jack and Rose was disorganized. I was supposed to receive my contract one month before my wedding. They told me it was sent out 20 days before, My FH went to J&R two weeks before and picked up a copy of the contract. I had moved in the process but had clarified my address with J&R on the contract I received in the mail three days before my wedding the address was correct but they hand wrote the address on the envelop as my old address....Just a little something to add to the disorganization. ETA: we wanted to do a rose ceremony with roses for mothers and grandmothers and he wanted to charge more for those 5 roses than my FH has ever spent on roses.
Get everything in your contract intitially.

ETA: I just talked to my mother and I was not completely happy that morningwith my flowers but just htought it was me. After talking with her today, we have to find my contract just to see because we think the wrong flowers were put in our bouquet. it was supposed to be three colors of yellow roses and this other yellow flower but the yellow flower had hints of brown in it. (not dying but a different flower)

Cruise Control Limo - A+++++++++++++++
They were professional, on time, funny, and to top it off, I lost my grandfather's airforce pin (something old) during the ceremony and the two limo drivers searched the church and found it for us. I knew my father REALLY appreciated this one. They went beyond their call of duty

Patken Photo - A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I had Kevin. Completely amazing! I have not seen my proofs but he was very laid back..' dont worry we will get that done,....sure we can do that' He was completely not in our face and easy to find when we needed him.
My parents were very happy with him and I was even more happy. We had an afternoon wedding and he made a suggestion that we come out during dinner to take a few more pictures when the sun was not completely overhead. He really worked hard.

Patken Video - A+++++++++++++++++++
Again have not seen the footage yet but Tim was awesome and was not in our face but was always there when something was happening. Can't wait to see the video

Mikey MIke Entertainment (DJ + MC) A++++++++++++++
Amazing again, Everyone was raving about him and how they had everyone on the dance floor the ENTIRE NIGHT He was not taking over the show but promoting the dance floor. Got the grandmas up and dancing.
HIghly recommend him.

WOODBURY COUNTRY CLUB oh my goodness.......they did not miss a beat

Everything was amazing. Everytime I questioned something, the answer was right there. They did not miss anything. Even my banquet manager Dominick came down when we were ready to enter the reception just to make sure everything was okay. People were talking about the food apparently for days after. They were a top notch place. IF I had one complaint that would be that I saw a line at the bar a few times. I do not like that but that is me.

We went to St. Lucia for our HM. We were at the Sandals Regency Golf and Spa.
Could not tell you how amazing this place was. Food has something to be desired. I just think they were missing a little extra spice and everything was mass cooked but the service, weather, accommodations were amazing. We used Travel Solutions for our reservations. I felt we had to stay on top of them a few times but everything went great.
If you go to St. Lucia go to the volcano it smells but it realyl cool to see. the land is amazing.

Wrap with us for invites and favors were completely reasonable with their prices and great with service!

Thank you all for your help with everything. My wedding could not have been this amazing without LIWEddings and everyone on this site. My Husband wanted to do this with me but I was too excited.

ADVICE:
enjoy every moment and bring nail polish remover to your honeymoon. From the clorine in the pool, my french manicure turned yellow!
OH ANd those disposable cameras only worked good for close up shots, like people taking pictures of people across the table. just FYI

ETA: Causeway Deli Merrick Road in Wantagh for after party catering. He was amazing . Worked real well with my parents and called after the fact to make sure my parents and the guests were happy with the food. They were flexible as my mom changed her mind (between finger sandwichs and cold cuts) many times. He made recommendations based on what would stay fresher in the summer heat. Definitely recommend for catering of all types. He does fancier catering for things like engagement parties as well.

I added what I have for pictures on the computer so far. I will add more pictures of my bridesmaids and centerpieces when I get them I know that is what you gals/guys want. Please reread my review on flowers as well.

Oh you can kinda see my centerpieces in the background
