fun date ideas on Long Island?

I feel like me a FH never go out like we use to in the begining. he feels the same so he said i have to start coming up with ideas, since when we do go out to the usual dinner, movies, he picks and i just agree. So i am looking for fun, places, things to do, fun atmosphere reasturants, bars.. that we can go to...any ideas?

Three things pop to mind that FW and I have done (with and without friends)....

1.) Strike (whole lotta fun)
2.) Mini Golf at Jones Beach
3.) Planting Fields Arboratrium (outdoor concerts -- have a picnic)!

Also -- look for wine festivals. They're fun too.

How about an arcade? FH and I had a great time playing random games at an arcde, once i got over feeling silly.

We went to Dave & Buster's last Friday night for a fun night (we also had our RD there so we were reminiscing).

I want to go bowling for the sheer silliness of it (I am AWFUL) but DH really doesn't want to ...
