How come I can't be like all of the other brides and lose weight when I am stressed?!?!
All anyone told me was..don't worry you will be so stressed out you will lose weight...well..I have gained weight and it is not like I am eating anymore I think my body just holds onto the fat when I stress out!! UGH! How annoying!!!

This is actually something that really happens -when your body is under a lot of stress, it can hold onto the fat it has to protect itself.
Try to maintain a healthy diet, and exercise to help reduce that stress!

I know! Everyone said that the last few weeks before the wedding, you'll just lose weight. I never believed that, and it hasn't happened yet for me. Oh well. Back to the gym...
