Is there a phone number to call for a DOWN WIRE in nassau county?

There is one really low in the yard, but I have no idea if its the phone, cable, lilco etc.....

I just called a nassau county number and they said to call LIPA and the phone company? guess Ill do that.

I work for Verizon, whats your home #? FM it to me. I'll put a ticket in for you. Give me the phone # where the wire is located if its not your house.

thanks! Your sweet! I actually called the phone company first b/c I cant get thru to LIPA they are sending someone out today and will call me on my cell if its not their wire so I can try to call lipa I actually got off the phone w/ them just a few minutes ago
