My 7/10 wedding review: LONG

HI All! First I wanted to say thanks for all your help...many of you had great ideas I used to inspire myself.
Fist let my prefece this with my day was perfect and the most magical day of my life. If I could I would relive it over and over again. My reviews are honest...I don't mean to upset anyone or make them feel bad about thier vendors. I really was overall very pleased...any issues I have are my own and really do not have any real reasons to complain. I read a ton of reviews prior to my own wedding and found them helpful.

Crest Hollow: B
Overall, I was happy with their service. My BM was Sharon and she was amazing. She returned phone calls and was easily available when I had a question. The reason for the B was somethings happened day of to make me not entirly happy. First, I was put into a bridal suite that had a broken bathroom. when I first got there. I was told I would get a new suite. The problem was I had to go to the bathroom. They kept me locked in this room for 30 min. finally when someone came to get me it was for pics with my husband (we did pics prior to ceremony)I didn't get to go to the bathroon for another 2 hours.

Another bother was when I booked I made it clear I was concerned about so many weddings at one time...I was assured I would not see another bride. Not only did I see every bride but, I had an outside cocktail hour and across the pool was another CH. I was mad about that. I know for a fact that I was the first person to book that day, so I felt I got prioty as far as the CH...I didn't think they should hace let another CH go on at the exact sametime. My last point was small my ceremony started a little late due to another wedding. Most of my guests (Out of town) said it was the fanciest place they had ever seen...they thought CH was the actual dinner.

Duet: A+++++++++
I can not say more. I do not have my pics yet...but from what the guys did...they coulldn't have misses a single shot. They ended up sending me an extra photographer and assistant. There were like 6 people and they were like paparitzi. One of my DH coworkers said he felt like he was at a celebrities wedding b/c there were so many photographers. They were really good about setting up picutres and were super nice to my whole family. I can't wait to see the pics and the video. I was actually most impressed by them more than any other vendor. I definatly got my moneies worth and more!!!!!!

LA Bloosom: A
I loved working with Laurie. She was a great listener and worked with my budget to give me what I wanted. My flowers were very nice.

Milestone Music: A+++++++
If you don't have a band...hire this one. They made my party. Dottie the bandleader is amazing. She is a doll and sooooo sweet. She even came to my house to go over music selections with me. The band was awesome and keep the crowd going the whole night. Go to a showcase and listen...they are truly amazing. I danced all night!!!! My fist dance song is one not many people knew...When you say nothing at all by Allison Kraus...they did the most beautiful redition...really they were amazing!!!!!!! They are part of Body Heat productions. Again, I highly recommend them.

Cantor Richard Pilatsky and Cantor Sandra Sherry: A++++
These people are amazing. Not only did they make me and my guests cry...they made my DH. I was shocked. Prior to the wedding we meet with them several times and they were both get fun to talk with...we exchanged great stories. They tailor made the ceremony to us...using things from our relationship. It was so touching and personal. They came recommended from Crest Hollow and were a great pick. Both bride and groom must be jewish for them to perform the ceremony. I highly highly recommend them as well.

Jamie, one thing I learned is that they will tell you just about anything to get you to book. I don't know if my ch was better or worse than yours but we had a prom with a bunch or stupid teenager's dressed really wierd and then one moron jumped in the pool a few feet from where I was taking picture's.

They wouldn't never lose the money on another affair b/c of another wedding, that is the sad part but it would be nice.

You were a beautiful bride ... great smile!!! One thing I've learned ... not everything goes as planned. That's why you pay the final bill in advance.
