I just thought about this last night? Should I send an invitation to the church?

I didn't even think to. Our priest got one because he is invited to the reception...

We invited our priest. But he was on the list of those people that never responded.

I alwasy thought it was polite and a courtesy to extend an invitation to the priest that is marrying me. Afterall without him I wouldn't be married! But our priest didn't come to our reception.

I didn't. I orginally was inviting my priest, but he left my parish two months before and we had to use another priest, he was very nice but we didn't really know him.

We invited our mionister & her husbans, but I forgot to put the bane of the church on the envelope It jsut says their names & teh address of teh church. I hope the title 'Reverand' clues the postman in.

FMIL was surpised I did. she didn't know that was a custom.

I like her a lot , but I'm afraid if she comes I won't know where to seat her.

Also are you sending one to the Deacon? He is doing our rehearsal.

I invited my priest and he responded no. Our Deacon is probably going to do our rehearsal because our priest might have a meeting but I am not inviting him to the wedding.
