Okay here are some I found..

the first one is very simple 1 page folded in half..
Microsoft wedding program

this one is tri-fold from the marketing pages
Second one

third one is a DIY site a LIW girl posted..It has great great ideas..

Edited to add: You can get tri-fold paper from Staples, Avery 8324 Tri-Fold 'Brochures, if I am not mistaken they come in a box of 100
