So excited!!! Wedding dessert related...
FI and I wanted to do something different to add a personal touch to the wedding. We both love Ralph's Italian Ices and wanted to have it as part of dessert at the wedding (in addition to the cake and served dessert). Actually I'm obsessed and he's learned to like them because of it, I've turned my whole family on to it.
I've already spoken to somebody at Ralph's and they're going to deliver the ices to the Claremont. I didn't want to think about it or tell too many people because I was waiting to hear back from my BM to make sure that's it's even doable. I spoke to him today and there's no problem! They're going to put the ices in chaffing dishes and put the chaffing dishes over ice, and guests will go up and get served. Yay!!!

I am addicted as well. Luckily my hall has a contract with Ralph's and gets it all taken care of for me!!! Yum!!!!!!!! Blue Hawaii is my favorite!
