beautiful co-op for rent (REPOST from home)

my friend is moving for work and she wants to rent out her co-op. its in farmingdale. its a big 1 bedroom, with a galley kitchen, dining area (that fots a dining room table), and really big living room which she has set up as a tv area and office area. im not sure of the exact price yet, but im thinking shes going for about 1500. the grounds are great too.
