Mister Softee ... there are WORDS to the jingle!!!!
Did anyone know there were actual LYRICS to the Mister Softee tune??
I was reading an article on Vogue about soft ice cream (go figure) and it listed the following:
"Here comes Mister Softee, the soft ice cream man, the creamiest, dreamiest ice cream, you get from Mister Softee. For a refreshing delight supreme, look for Mister Softee. My milk shakes and my sundaes and my cones are such a treat. Listen for my store on wheels ding-a-ling down the street."

LOL!! I had to grab the magazine!!! I can't seem to make it fit into the song (I've been trying to sing it since last night!!).

It's got me crazy! I can kinda fit the last ding-a-ling part but that's it!!! 
Also for some reason, I now keep singing the theme to the Gary Shandling Show that was on years ago ... "this is the theme to Gary's show, the opening theme to Gary's show. Gary called me up and asked if I would write his theme song ..." and something about whistling!!
Maybe I just need my head examined ...
