Wood floor question

If wood floors are in good shape just slightly worn looking what do you do. Also who does this and for how much?

I want to clean them up before we move in or we just may never do anything...

Thanks!

Re: Wood floor question

The wood floors in our house had 3 years of wear and tear on them We hired a flooring company they came in sanded and refinished them. They look great. The original owners daughter came by after we had them done and she was SHOCKED at how amazing they look.

FM me if you would like their contact information

Re: Wood floor question

We thought our floors were in pretty good shape when we moved in. But after we lived there for a few months we noticed they didn't look as good as first glance. We were referred to an awesome floor guy -- VERY inexpensive in my mind. We have a cape, and he did our living room, dining room and hallway for $500. It was a 3 day process and its a big mess and stinks, but it is so worth it. He was very good at trying to keep the mess to a minimum.

Anyone doing floors, I suggest you put a wet towel at the base of any door to rooms that aren't getting done. The towel will stop the dust from getting into the room. If its wet, the dust will stick to the towel better.

Anyway, FM me if you want his contact information.
