Can someone explain something to me about the Olympics? (I feel really stupid)
Why is there still gymnastics going on if Carly and Paul won the gold last week? I think it has something to do with all-around, and individual, but I just dont get it!PLEASE dont laugh at me, I just dont know! And I know Ive seen these routines before!

It's a different competition... First was team gymnastics on all the apparatus, then it was individual all-around... they competed alone on each of the apparatus and their overall score on all of them was counted. The last two nights have been apparatus competitions. They would just do one, say the rings, then whoever had the top scores got the medals. Then they would go to the balance beam, same deal... Lots of ways to win

I don't know the name of it, but I heard it on the radio a few times before. It's on of those clubby tunes they play on Z100. I loved that tune too!

Tonight is just an exhibition of all the winners.Did anybody watch the mens competition last night and all the scoring problems and the crazy crowd ? I could not believe what went on last night. All I have to say is that russian guy was excellent and he was a true professional.

yeah nemov (is that his name, cant remember for sure) is a classy guy and a cutie
but I felt so bad for paul hamm... and even though I thought the score was unfair the judges shouldnt have changed the scored because the crowd didnt like it, I mean from now on everyone will boo to get their way...

if you meant the romanian girl in the black leotard i've heard the title is 'Variations on The Opening Chords to the Theme From Knight Rider'. i've also heard it's called gia.

Did you hear one of the announcers say Nemov 's such a class act, he should talk to Svetlana Khorkina ,( or something to that effect!)
I felt awful for Paul Hamm, but he & Nemov handled it well.
I think gymnastics needs to re-evalutate their scoring practices, the way Ice Skating did.
