Vendor Insurance

Does anybody know which vendors need to send in their insurance papers to the hall before the wedding. I know photographer, videographer and DJ. I found out in the meeting with the hall that the florist too, I would never have thought of that one. I forgot to ask who else. I guess that the officiant doesn't need insurance, right? Am I missing anybody? The hall said that I need to call the vendors and make sure that they send it in
