Good question...I know I am going to wear some major heals. But I have been known to walk 20 city blocks in heals w/ no problem, so I am just crazy!

Re: Short Brides with Tall FH's....

I'm 5'0, Fh is 5'10. I want to wear heels for pictures and switch to flip flops at the reception, but I am afraid my gown will drag on the floor. Solution: Maybe white platform flip flops?

Re: Short Brides with Tall FH's....

DH is 6'5' and I am 5'4' (or at least that's what I claim) ... no shoe was gonna make a difference.

I also HATE heels and avoid wearing shoes like the plague ... I wore sneakers and was comfortable!! That's what mattered to me more than making me 11 inches shorter instead of 13!

Just be careful w/ flip flops b/c i've seen one too many brides/bridesmaids trip over them b/c they get caught in the long dress........what about white isotoners ?? they'll be satin.......???

don't go with anything higher than 2 1/2 inches...you'll cry all night, and not from joy! My FH is a foot taller than me and dwarfs me in every way (except for my gigantic head..seriously, check out my profile!) 2 1/2 inches makes a difference without making you a cripple!

LOL. YOu don't have a watermelon head!
