Is it too late for me to get a facial??

I have 37 days to go!!! I've never had one and I'm scared of what might happen afterwards... should I just not take the chance at this point?

Really nervous about doing it and breaking out!!

How is your skin now? If it's not breaking out & seems to be stable, I probably wouldn't chance it this late in the game. That's JMO.

When I asked Cactus Salon they said they recommend 1 1/2 - 2 weeks before the wedding.

I would do it - but do it now! My makeup artist told me less than two weeks before the wedding is not good. Your fine now. Just tell your aesthitician when your wedding is.

I am getting married 10/30 and have one scheduled 10/16 if it makes you feel better.

I would do it...But i have never broke out because of a facial..
I started breaking out last week from all this stress and to be honest it cleared up for that following day! But of course the stress is back

I've been breaking out like crazy for the past month or so and I'm getting desperate to fix my skin!! It's for two reasons in part:

1. my gyn changed my pill
2. STRESS!!!!!

I've NEVER broken out as bad as I am now and I feel like I have to DO something. I saw my dermatologist about a month ago and he prescribed Differen which turned my skin into a desert and I had to stop using it immediately.

I would get one. As long as it's at least 2 weeks before your day. You'll be fine.

If I were you, I'd get one this week. And then if you don't have an adverse reaction, go again in 2 weeks.

I've been going every month and because my skin is used to it my facial technician even recommends going 1 week before wedding, which I will be doing.

The issue with going right before is when you skin is not used to the treatment.

Oh, well if you're breaking out then YES, get one! I just wouldn't do a Peel or anything extremely strong, since you don't know how you'll react.

Not too late.

I think they say 7 to 14 days but check with the aesthesian doing the facial before booking.

Maybe can you see a derm and get their ok?
