Low Carb Bagels?

Does anyone if a low carb bagel is any less points?

It probably is because it will have more fiber than a normal bagel, but I don't know for a fact. Check the ackage and use a points counter?

That was my thought.

Unfortunately i bought it from a bagel store, so no nutrional value.

It's not that good, maybe just the place I bought it? But I would rather my full carb bagel then this.
