Is this dress good to wear to a night wedding?

See picture attached--I just ordered it...Is it dressy enough for a night wedding?

ETA: It is sateen so it is shiny.

i dont know that place, is it on the water, the dress looks nice to me, i say wear it. if the wedding is formal put pearls with it.

Huntington Townhouse. I don't think it is on the water? Not sure. We'll see how it fits, I just ordered it from anntaylor.com.
