Parents are having another open house...

I posted about a month ago about an open house my parents were having, well they're having another today - and they reduced the price on the house. My House

Just wanted to let ya'll know :) They're going through Century 21 now instead of FSBO because FSBO messed up about 20 times...

Thanks! I hope they sell soon - they had someone yesterday that seemed interested, so hopefully that will work out!

my parents are selling their house also - and they recently had an offer....but turned it down because it wasn't enough $$$....they arent' really in a rush to get out anytime soon....

yeah, we've had one offer... but it was a lot less than they should get, so they turned it down.

My mom is stressing a bit though - i hope someone buys soon for my step-father's sake!

I'm just glad I'm in VA at school so I don't have to deal with the insanity too often :P
