My 8/22 Wedding. Now updated with link to pics

Wow!! What an amazing day it was. The only negative thing that occured was that one of my bridesmaid's never showed up. Thanks goodness everyone bought a black dress. I called up my sister in law and she was able to save the day for me(spent 75 dollars for the bouquet, it wasn't going t waste).
I want to thank all of you on LIW. Your words of advice and wisdom were true to heart.

Secondly, I wish to thank JuJu. It it wasn't for her, I would never have found out about LIW.
Juju- you're a fantastic friend!!!

Lastly, I want to thank my husband. He is the love of my life, makes me laugh and understands my kookie ways. I love you!!!

Weather-A++++ what a day for a wedding.

Charmet Bridal Shop- A+. The sales staff was great. I purchased my dress and veil from them. Everyone was helpful and very nice. An extra thumbs up to Amelia the seamstress. She did a beautiful job on my dress. Everyone loved it!!!

Write Stuff CalligraphyA++ Meryl did a fantastic job. She is very organized and professional.

Afterhours Tuxedo(Roosevelt Field) -B-/C+
My father went to pick up my brother's tux. He was told it was never paid for(we had the receipts to prove that it was). My husband and his father went to pick up their tuxes two days before the wedding. THey were not in yet. My
husband was so mad. He went back the next day and was able to pick them up.

Officiant- Rabbi Jeffrey RapparportA++. What a humble person. He did such a beautiful service for us. If you want his information, fm me.

Ariana Studios Bayside, NY

Photography- Penny and Renee-A++. They did a great job, we just got proofs and were very happy.

videographer- Andy A +. He was everywhere videotaping the whole party, but we did not see the video yet. When we get it, I can give a better review.

Florist- Tony-A++++. He was so easy to talk to, listened to what we had to say, always got back to us, knew which flowers were good to use, and wasn't money hungry.

DJ/Emcee/ Party Motivator- Ken, Grahm and AManda. B+++++ I would not recommend a party motivator from them. Amanda just stood on the floor with a sour puss look and danced by herself. Ken and Grahm missed a few dedications that we wanted, but they played great music, played a table game with the guests(winner won the flower centerpiece),
and were very enthusiastic.

Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Bayside, NY
A+++ Our instructor was Darryl. He was very professional and a great dancer. I even had the father daughter dance choregraphed.
Received a lot of compliments.

Hair- Jeanne from International Haircutters Fresh Meadows A+++++++++++. She is the updo queen. Everyone loved how their hair came out and it stayed the whole day. If anyone wants a trial, fm me for more info.

makeup- we all did our own makeup, so we can't grade ourselves

Chateau BriandA++++++++++++++++++++ Do you get the pic?? Scotto Brothers will throw you a wonderful affair.

Aruba Radisson HotelA++++++++++++

we were there for 10 days. It went so fast. Everything was great. Fm if you have any questions or want any information.

WE had such a wonderful time at your wedding!! YOu were such a beautiful bride and you and your hubby looked truly happy. You both make the cutest couple. Everything was beautiful!!

Greg accepts your apology about your nail marks in his head during the hava nagalia (sp?)

I can't believe a BM did not show!! Sounds like you were a trooper! Definitley did not let that bad apple ruin your day!
