Meeting with florist tomorrow- Need help

What questions should I ask the florist? What should I bring? I need advice. Please let me know!

well i brought some pics of what i liked. they'll need to know how many bm and gm along with parents and grandparents to figure out how many boo k's if you know the colors you want and whether you want high or low centerpieces..i would ask if anyone is going to be there to set up or if they are just going to drop off the flowers..hope that helps

Bring any color swatches you have so far -- your dress, BM dress, Mothers dresses, hall. Bring diagrams or pics of the hall to best show him/her layout. Bring pics of things that you like from magazines to give them a visual sense of your style. And have a sense of budget so that he/she can recommend appropriate flowers. With specific recs ask:
--will it be full enough
--how many flowers per CP
---are the flowers going to be in season (major cost differential)
