places to take pics in suffolk county

My FH and I decided to take pics before the ceremony so we could try to enjoy most of the wedding. My hall will only allow us to get there 1 hr before the ceremony not enough time. We live in ronkonkoma, wedding is in lake rokonkoma, suffolk county, If anyone knows of a place we can go to take pics please let me know

I'm always out that way and someone recommended The Bayard Cutting Arboretum. FH and I went there in October 2003 right after we got engaged to take pics. The webste is down now but here's another link: Bayard Overview

we just took our engagement pictures at the bayard cutting arboretum and it was beutiful and perfect for pictures!!! i highly recommend it

the arboretum, it is soo pretty. There are so many beaches and lakes also

We took ours at the Arboretum in Great River/Oakdale. It was great! So pretty.

Vanderbilt Musuem - we're using that for indoor and outdoor pics since I don't know what to expect weather wise in Nov.
