My DH and I have been BD for the past few days. Hopefully it will happen this month. I have an appointment to get my hair highlighted this weekend. I have heard in the past that you can not get your hair highlighted. Do you think I should cancel my appoinment?

From what I've been told, highlighting is safe during pregnancy because the chemicals do not go directly to your root, therefore they do not touch your scalp. Single process coloring, which is all over yur scalp, I would not do.

I had my hair highlighted at 4 and 13 weeks. Alls well. My girl uses veggie based dye and none touches my scalp so Ive been told its fine
