Re: WW Core Plan
It's on the WW site in more detail. You have a list of the core foods that you can eat as much as you want. They have a bunch of foods for eat basic food group. You get 35 points weekend if you want to eat anything that's not on the list. I think that's the gist of it.

Re: WW Core Plan
I joined ww last night. All close team members at work are on it, and they love it. Some are on the flex points (need to be more strict) and some are on the core. I personally signed up for the core. You can have whole wheat pasta and brown rice (I need some sort of carbs, lol).I suggest going to the website also. It's more specific. Good luck.

Re: WW Core Plan
The core plan sounds pretty good to me, but things like the whole wheat pasta and the potato are limited to 1 serving a day, you cant eat as much of it as you want. At least you have the 35 flex points for 'forbidden' foods though, unlike other diets where you cant have certain things at all.

You can have your choice of brown rice, whole wheat pasta, or potato at ONE MEAL per day. You eat as much of that choice as you need to feel satisfied. You are not limited to just ONE serving, but don't go overboard by eating too much- listen to your body. I am on maintenance and decided to give it a try this week. So far so good. I feel really stuffed and very satisfied. Here is an example of what I have eaten in terms of core foods so far . . .
Saturday:
Breakfast
2 eggs with FF pepper jack cheese from trader joe's with 2 slices of canadian bacon.
Lunch
plain yogurt with a banana cut up and mixed into the yogurt with a packet of splenda and some vanilla extract.
Dinner
Grilled Chicken
Sweet Potato (I counted the toppings toward my flexpoints.)
Sunday:
Breakfast:
Post shredded wheat and bran with skim milk and a banana (I was so full that I didn't eat lunch.)
Dinner:
Rotiserrie chicken with skin removed with BBQ sauce
Hash Browns:
Simply potatos (shredded potatoes in a bag found at the supermarket- green bag) fried in 2 tbsp of olive oil and seasoned
I used Flexpoints on non core items.
I will let you know how weigh in goes on Saturday . . .

I didn't even make it through the week- HATED it. I would rather practice portion control with foods I love rather than eat more of the foods on that list . . . Back to Flex points for me!
