Re: Day Wedding- What time are you waking up?
my ceremony was at 1pm in Ridgewood, queens, I was staying in Garden City & I woke up at 7 am. my make-up artist was there just as I was waking up.... I showered & set my hair the night before, though, so I think that would have been 1 extra hour of prep time.

Probably around 6ish. with my luck I won't be able to sleep the night before and will have some serious bags to contend with.

I can't believe I'm expected to get up that early on a Saturday!
I remember the days when that was when I was coming home!

Re: Day Wedding- What time are you waking up?
Wow... those are some early times. I actually just changed the time of my wedding. Was gonna do a day wedding... now doing a night one.I was originally planning on getting up around 6-7am. But my FW would probably have to be up earlier since it takes her longer to get ready.

I am waking up at about 6 a.m. I have a hair appointment at 7:30 a.m., makeup at 9 a.m. and my photographer is coming at 12:30 p.m.
So I guess that means I have to get up at 7AM. I get up at 6:15 every day anyway so that isn't bad. I believe the photographer is showing up at 12:30pm.
How long should I block for hair?
I am also having breakfast with my girls the morning of.

Re: Day Wedding- What time are you waking up?
I dont think I have to worry about what time to wake up... I dont think I will be able to sleep at all the night before
The ceremony dosent start till 3 and my mom lives literally down the block.. I can walk if I want to
I have no clue when I should start getting ready.. I like to wait till the last min. for that stuff lol

Re: Day Wedding- What time are you waking up?
My ceremony is not until 12:30 but I have to be at the hall by 11:00 and the limo is picking me up by 10:00 so I have to be at the salon at 7:00am so I guess I am going to be getting up about 5:30-6:00am. Yikes.
