Westbury Manor or any Scotto Bride

Do you remember if the 1st course is on the table or is it served afterward? My DJ asked this and I truly can't remember right now (scrambled brain syndrome)

It depends if you get a hot or cold appetizer. We went with the strawberries cause it was a light summer starter and I wanted something to be on the table when the guests came in. But I remember her saying if we got the portobello mushroom that would be served after the guests are seated. Did you do your menu yet?
