NWR-I HATE my job SO much!!!

I am depressed everyday and actually get hives everyday when I have to go! My boss treats me like garbage and I hate her!!!

I work for a travel company. But I am actually a certified teacher who can't find a job!

ugh. i feel your pain. i was trapped in a job like that for 3 years. i actually had to quit because on my way to work one day I had a huge anxiety attack about 50 feet from the building and I literally, could not walk any further. My body would not allow me to endure the pain any longer!

I got on my cell and told them I was not coming in and that I quit. a manager walked out to the corner and I wrote my resignation on a piece of paper. I have ever felt such relief in my life!

I took a leap of faith, and after being unemployed for a month, found an amazing, low key job with a company that cares about their employees. It's a lower paying job, but the difference in my quality of life is huge-I am very happy here.

The pay difference hurts sometimes, but my sanity is so worth it.

Can you leave?

an idea: i made a living selling stuff on ebay while in between jobs...it is possible!

I can leave if I find another job, but with a wedding in a month in a half we need money. I send out resumes but no one calls. I don't care what job I have to do, I just HAVE TO get out of here!

I totally know what you mean-- I was out of work for 10 months and got the sh*tiest job EVER.. I was stuck there for a year and could not get out.. THey laid me off this past June and made the happiest person ever.. Now I am at a new job, and they appreciate me and I feel challengesd, rewarded and productive.

You'll get there-- I was depressed for two years.. but I made it through- you will too.

Well, it depends how much debt we are in afterwards. But I feel like I can't even last another week!!!

Wow! Sorry to hear that.

After the weding you will be under ess stres. Then you will be able to concentrate on a job change. Just hang in there a little longer.

What an awsome story. I hate my job too. I plan on going back for teaching when I'm done. I told the FH that I don't want to do this anymore. I feel bad though I spent so much time in college studing for something I hate

I book travel right now. But if money was not an issue I'd be tewaching in some capacity. Unfortunately it is a tough job market so I'd probably be subbing.

you should try to start subbing right after you get back from your honeymoon. my mom is a teacher and in the past few years they never have enough subs in her district.

well it might sound like not much, but my FSIL got a job at Old Navy outlets..$10 hr to fold clothes...she jsut needed something until her dance studio opened again...she madea lot of money and said it was so easy adn everyone was so nice
