Please proof my menu

Hi,

Can someone please proof my menu; I've been staring at it for a long time and FH is spelling deficient.

I think it looks great...
just want to make sure that is the correct spelling of appetizer... I wasn't sure

the only thing I would do is move your 2 names closer to the '&' symbol... it looks kind of spacey...
but overall I think it looks GREAT...

Thanks! - I've been playing around with the names... his name is so long and my name is so short it never looks centered right!

It doesn't look centered to me... everything looks a little too much to the left... I am not 100% sure though it is hard to tell on the computer screen.

I noticed two things (but I am anal with grammatical stuff- teacher in me)

You weren't consistant with using capitals- like with both the app and the salad, you start describing them in caps, but then lower case at the end- And when you are describing the entrees, after the title maybe it should be a : instead of a , like:
"Burnt Chicken: What you get if you eat at my house"

Or- You could list the entrees like this: (I have seen this before)

Chicken Surprise
burnt chicken with feathers attached
(but it would be centered, of course)

Otherwise, I really like it! I am thinking of making one myself as well, and it does get tricky!

It's the names, it throws it all off LOL

I have the photoshop rulers up and its telling me all is centered... photoshop lies to me again...lies all lies!


As for the capitilization, (yeah that word is definetly not spelled correctly) I always hate doing that in the middle of a 'sentence'.. it just doesnt feel right.
