Re: Frugal pet owners...
Petland Discounts....I had bought an assorted bag of rawhide bones for my Boo and it was only like $8.99 for 12 bones. They were the best quality bones I've tried also.

Re: Frugal pet owners...
Not sure about dog food, but we always find the best prices on cat food at walmart. If we can't get there, we go to petsmart.

yea sure...they taste like peanut butter....
NOOOO....I meant that I found their quality to be the best...some rawhides chip into small pieces, these did not.
And Kel....toys, a blanket or towel to carry it around it so it carries it's scent and feels safe, wee-wee pads to train (or newpapers) and
NATURE'S MIRACLE...it's a cleaner/neutralizer for accidents! Whtie bottle, red cap....THE BEST

Re: Frugal pet owners...
I find Petco, I bought my create from them. But I know some smaller petstores like in the mall carry whole package for like $160 with everything you need, like create, bowl, collar, leash, food, wee-wee pads almost everything you would need.

Well, I've always had a cat...And it seems like dogs are far more high maintenance than cats.

Re: Frugal pet owners...
Usually every other Sunday Petco has a vaccine clinic. If you are going for routine shots this is the place to go. Keep a reputable Vet for any illness or accident and there are also low cost spay and neuter clinics. I have used both.
