Aruba or St. Lucia

We are down to these two for our HM. Which one does everyone recommend???

I'd have to say Aruba...that's where we went for our HM...and we LOVED it.

I've never been to St. Lucia...but, heard it's really nice there too.

Whichever you choose, I'm sure you'll have the time of your life!!!!

ooh . . . I can't vote from experience, but have heard good things about both. I know Aruba is the place to go right now.

I vote for Aruba. I went there in June and loved it. We ended up buying a time share there thru Marriott and will be using it in Hawaii for our Honeymoon.

We stayed in the lowrise side which was nice but not as busy as the high rise side. I'd recommend the highrise--better restaurants and bigger hotel chains to choose from.

Great beaches on either side though.

Loved St.Lucia..been back many times. I found Aruba to be very dry and windy but nice.

We wanted to go to Sandals St Lucia but b/c June starts the rainy season, we went with Aruba which is outside of that rain pattern. Yours is in May so either island is great for you. Did you look into which hotels on each island? Maybe go from there?
