Pls Proof Read my menu
First CourseGrilled Baby Vegetables with Prosciutto and Fresh Mozzarella
Second Course
Grilled Mahi Mahi Served with Papaya Ginger and Three Pepper Confetti and
Grilled Filet Mignon Topped with a Gorgonzola Crust and Finished with a Cabernet Sauvignon Sauce
Third Course
Table Side Coffee and Tea Service
Wedding Cake – Red Velvet Chocolate Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
Mini Pastries and European Cookies
Chocolate Fountain – Served in the Library
Does everything look ok? I cant decide which words to capitalize. Should I add periods?

I think they look great as wellDid you make them yourself or order them?
If you made them, where did you get the template? How hard was it?
Sorry for all the ?s but this will be one of my latest obsessions.

i think it looks great. when i was typing mine out, i didnt capitalize any except the first letter, or if it was a proper noun, but i def. didnt use any periods.where did you get that paper?

YUM!That looks so classy...and I echo the 'where did you get the paper' question!
I wouldn't capitalize 'served', 'topped,' or 'finished'. I'm also not sure I would capitalize what it was served, topped, or finished with. Perhaps you should check out some sites of fancy NYC restaurants that post their menus...I would count on them to be correct with the format.

What a great site! I don't think I'll have the money to shell out for it, but perhaps...I checked the site of my favorite restaurant - Becco (it's one of Lydia of Lydia's Kitchen's restaurants)- and the menu read just like Jennifer described. Just capitalize the first letter of each line.
