Hawaii honeymoon question

I'm trying to research which islands we should go too..we were thinking of the big island and maui....We're probably going for 10-12 days, wanted to know if you guys had any good recommendations and where to stay...

Hi Im looking too, so far I was told to stay at the princeville hotel but not sure what island its on oh wait I think Kaui (sp). As soon as I find out more I will post.

Hi I just booked my Hawaiin HM 2 wks ago...we'll be there for about the same amount of time u plan on going...we decided on
1 nite in Oahu (waikiki- just to see Pearl Harbor)
3 nites in Kaui....relax and be mush time
then 8 nites in maui, relax and site see....and of course catch some rays....

We are staying 3 nights in Oahu at The Hilton Village (to see Pearl Harbor).
Four nights in Maui at The Hyatt Regency.
Then off to Vegas for 3 nights at Mandalay Bay.
